UGC Creator for Women Over 50 Beauty, Wellness & Menopause Content
I'm Violette de Ayala, a UGC (user-generated content) creator based in Miami specializing in authentic, relatable content for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands who want to reach women over 50. As a woman navigating menopause and midlife myself, I create content that speaks to this audience honestly — no filters, no pretending. I've partnered with brands including Lancôme, Olay, U Beauty, OSEA, Meaningful Beauty, AG1, and Blissy on campaigns spanning skincare, supplements, hair care, and fashion.Lifestyle

Why Brands Need a UGC Creator Over 50 (And Why I Became One)
A few years ago, if you'd told me "UGC creator" would become part of my job description, I would have laughed. Back then, influencer marketing felt like a young person's game — polished, filtered, and built for an audience that, frankly, wasn't me.
But something has shifted. Brands are waking up to a truth the beauty and wellness industry ignored for decades: women over 50 are not a niche. We're a massive, underserved, and increasingly vocal audience — and we can smell an inauthentic pitch from a mile away.
That's where UGC comes in.
What Is UGC, Actually?
UGC stands for user-generated content — the casual, phone-shot, "real person talking to camera" style videos and photos you see on Instagram and TikTok that don't look like traditional ads. No studio lighting. No script that sounds like a script. Just someone talking honestly about a product they're actually using.
Brands license this content from creators like me to run as ads, because it converts better than polished commercial content. People trust people. Especially people who look like them.
Why Women Over 50 Need to See Themselves in UGC
Here's the thing no one says out loud enough: most UGC is created by women in their 20s and 30s. Which means most of the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle products marketed to midlife women are being sold by women who've never had a hot flash, never navigated perimenopause brain fog, and never had to find a hair peptide that actually works on thinning, more brittle hair.
I started creating UGC content because I got tired of that disconnect. Since I began my own menopause journey, I've become far more particular — about what I put in my body, who I spend my time with, and what brands I choose to represent. That pickiness turned out to be exactly what brands were looking for. When I talk about a supplement, a skincare product, or a wellness routine, I'm not performing enthusiasm. I'm telling you what's actually working for a woman actually living this stage of life.
What I've Learned Creating UGC for Brands Like Lancôme, AG1, and OSEA
Over the past couple of years, I've had the chance to partner with brands across beauty, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle — including Lancôme, Olay, U Beauty, OSEA, Meaningful Beauty, AG1, and Blissy. A few things I've learned about what makes UGC actually work for this audience:
Specificity beats polish. Midlife women don't want to be told a product is "amazing." They want to know why — what it did for sleep, for skin texture, for energy, for confidence.
Menopause content needs a creator who's lived it. You can't fake the specific frustration of trying on five outfits that used to fit, or the relief of finding a supplement that actually helps with sleep. Brands are realizing this and actively seeking out creators over 50 for exactly that reason.
This audience has buying power and brand loyalty. Once a woman over 50 trusts a creator's recommendation, she's not just a one-time buyer — she becomes a repeat customer and tells her friends.
If You're a Brand Looking for a UGC Creator for Women Over 50
If your brand is trying to reach midlife women — whether that's in beauty, wellness, menopause support, fitness, or lifestyle — I'd love to talk. You can see examples of my past work, including campaigns for Blissy, AG1, Nulastin, and more, on my UGC portfolio page.
This is an audience I understand because I am this audience. And that's exactly why the content works.
